Duplicate output destination

I run a simple report it has 2 fields CoverID and size. the report runs from a button on my form that has info from 2 tables linked by the CoverID field when I run the report I keep getting the error "Duplicate output Destination 'CoverID'". have tried everything I can think of. Changed one of the tables so that the Primary key "CoverID" was not the primary key for that table. Ca someone tell me where to look to fix this problem? Is It in the Report or the tables?

Share images of your two tables. Are you using a query to gather the information from each table that you need in the report in one query?

Thanks for your assistance. Problem I had actually belongs to a different DB (Got the notes mixed up).I would like to end this post.
