Not All Fields Saving

I'm working on the Invoice Members Video for Invoicing. I have the Add Button "working" but it won't save the text fields to the OrderDetailQ, only the Currency and ItemID.

ItemID is a Hidden Key, first field, and ResiPay (not visible) was shrunk to 0-Width.

What is the Row Source of your Combo Box?
