Good evening Guys, I have a non-profit database I designed over 3 years ago, that I use for track partner donations and print EOY Contribution Statements. In my PartnerT table, I have the following fields: CompanyName, FirstName, and LastName, among others. I am normally able to populate all three fields; however, sometimes all I have is a Company Name or the Person's Name. Either way, what I would love is have the system automatically print Statements with the Company Name if one exist or with the Person's Name if a Company does not exist. What VBA code do I need to accomplish this and also where would I employ the code for it to work?
