This is in reference to Expert 8, lesson 5.  I had a problem with being able to enter New data in the form OrderDetailF in that after setting the relationship between the OrderT and OrderDetailT  to "Enforce Referential Integrity" and "Cascade Delete Related Records" it would still let me add new records in the Form without the error message "You cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in table 'OrderT'".  It took me a while to figure out why, but it works now.  What happened was that in my OrderDetailT the OrderID and ProductID had no Default Value.  I changed the Default Value in both to 0 and now I get the error message.
