I have a report that shows orders of plants.  I would like create a report that combines the items so that there is only one line item for each plant.  I'm unsure how to go about this.  Currently the report i have shows number of plants per order.  See photos below.

Maybe you have to go into your property sheet for the query and set to unique value.

Hi Tim
Can you show me what you want the report to look like. A drawing will suffice or make a report in word etc., for I am not sure what you want to see.

You see in the report above that there are two orders with 'Petunia Surfinia Brilliant Pink'.  This is just a test order of course but as we go live with this, several orders may have the same plant, in diffferent quantities.  I am looking to have the totals for each represented plant show, not necessarily for each order.  The end ressult should be a list of plants and their total numbers ordered.  This will be given to the grower as an order for them to fill for us.

To see results for each plant, run an Aggregate Query and use GROUP BY on the plant field.  Furthermore, you can aadd criteria to restrict results to only plants in certain orders, customers, etc.
