Help with Access Subform Record Print
Chelle

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your reply!  I apologize for my delay in replying to you. After Halloween hit, the Influenza B hit my kids and then I got sick after taking care of them.
I used the Button option and selected the Print Record from the button options.
On the Build Event section, it says:
"RunMenuCommand
Command SelectRecord
RunMenuCommand
Command PrintSelection"
I don't know how to set it up to only print the current record.  You're correct that the button seems to understand the parent/child relationship.
I put this Button inside of a SubForm that is in a Form.  There is a Form with the Client information (Name, address, phone number, etc.) and the Sub-Form is where I enter all of the specific issues I help that client with.  For instance, for Client A, if that person calls me today, I log the phone call and what I did to help them and if they call me back, I log it as a new record in the sub-form.  A new Form record will be for Client B and Client B has their own unique issues in the Sub-Form.
Thank you for all of your help!  I enjoy working with Access and seeing how it has helped make my job easier and I look forward to learning as much as I can!
