I don't know when this happened but suddenly form borders now have a red border on them.  If I take an older form, strip it of all content and store as a template I will cure the issue.

Assuming I forget to use the "new empty template of a form", and I likely will, is there a fix or setting I need to look at. Again this just started happening maybe a week ago.  And yeah I know it's an older version of Access.
