Combo Box

I have a combo box that will not allow me to select an item in the list. It is stuck on the first item. Its not updating the other fields. THis is the second combo box I am struggling with. I managed to get the first one working by creating new table and form. The second one is driving me crazy. I have checked every detail in the properties of the combo box and form but for some reason it does not want to work. Is there someone that can help me please. Maybe my brain cant see the mistake. THank you in advance.

How do I add the images

Is this supposed to be a "search" combo box? I don't really understand what the ID requery is doing.
Also, why are you DLookuping everything, why not just make it bound to the table?

What is the form itself based on? A table or a query? If it's a query, is it updateable? If it's not updateable you wouldn't be able to change it either.

Edits are set to Yes.
Its a combo box to select a specific emotion that came up in the bioresonance scan and analysis. THe info for all the emotions are in the table but I need to select only the specific ones for a particular client. At the end all the information must come together on one report. THe form I made for the stressed organ systems (same type of form)  works perfectly.

Maybe I shoud split it up into 2 separate tables - one for the list of emotions and one for the info on the emotions?? I am not sure if that will work.
