I apologize, I'm a newbie to the site, but have Access experience.  Just knocking the dust off of my Access skills after not using them for a while. I have two issues that I can't figure out, and I'm out of time, so if these have already been answered in the forum, I apologize.

here are the two issues: I created a continuous form based on a table, much like Richard's basic "customer form" in the YoutTube examples.  I have added filters in the form header for various things, but the big one I can't get to work is the date filter.  I would like to pick two dates and filter the table results in the form detail.  (I know I can do this in a separate query, but the customer form Richard created in his tutorial, based on the table, is so nice, I'd rather not change everything just to get the date filter to work.


The other, though not as critical, is filtering for more than one item at a time.  I'd like to see all the customers in a certain city, and then further drill down to show residential customers within that city.
