How about the Load event of your Display Form?

I didn't want to have to load the form. I just want this running in the background so when the date has reached 90 days from expiration it just sends the email with report.

You're going to need a Form loaded to run an event. Do you have a Form that is always open? You could use the Timer event and have it run at a set interval.

Hi Joseph, if you don't want to have Access running all the time, an alternative is to use a third-party service that specializes in auto-sending emails.  They have their machines running all the time so you don't have to, except that they are expensive.  So it's just easier and cheaper to run Access all the time.

Richard's website can send auto-emails for his business so he can give you some insights.  I'm sure he'll tell you that part of his system needs to be running all the time for auto-emails to work.
