Highlight Birthday Field

I have developed an Access database for a local food bank. The director would like each customer's birthday field in the registration to highlight in the particular birth month. How can I code for that?
Build a query for Birth Month? Add conditional formatting to the birthday field, specific to the month?

So you're just saying if you open up the customer's record in the single form and it is currently the month of their birth date, you want to change the color of the field, is that correct? I will show you how to do that in tomorrow's TechHelp video.
