Two Table Sign In

This is my Sign In Form which gets its data from one of two tables (Admin or Student).
To distinguish between the two I made all AdminIDs (in code) negative numbers.
I have included screenshots of both my Form and my Code. Enjoy.

Hi Kevin, I'm a little confused by the form. Is the dropdown showing students or admins? I'm guessing ADMIN. But what is Username if they are choosing their name as student (not ADMIN)? And why show all the student's names, wouldn't that be some kind of privacy problem?

The student selects their name from the Combo Box, enters their Username, then their Password.
If the person is an admin they select Admin from the box.
Each admin has their own Username and Password.

None of the students have access to any of the admin features and can only access their own student record.

Is the dropdown needed at all if the person logging in knows the username/password?

Does your program have a way to display the password that was typed in.  I was not able to find that code?

Alex Not strictly needed. Just how I decided to build it. Choose the wrong name the Username and Password won't work.

Nathen: I don't have any way on this Form to display the password. I do have that ability on the Form for changing the admin password and email password. This is on my master form for admins. I will be adding this to other forms eventually. I have a Public Sub in a module which makes this easy without having to have duplicate code all over the database.
