Good afternoon.

1. I have an excel file (NLSRawDataTempT)which I import with a form (ImportNLSF)I created. Imported file in tables (NLSRawDataTempT_xlsx). I do not have an issue importing the file.
2. I want to append the data on the excel file to a table (NLSRawDataT), but the ClientID must be added to the table (NLSRawDataT). THe client id is on the import form.
3. I created a append query to add the info on the temparory table to the original table and also to add the ClientID from the form to the table.
4. WHen I run the query, it gives me the following error: The search key was not found in any record.

I am not sure what I did wrong. Is there someone that can help me please? THank you so much. I am attaching all the relevant images.
