I have another question and again your expert advice is much appreciated.

How do I in my query split the Appt to show 1 Appt, 1 DeliveryTime, 1 DeliveryDate and multiple PONumbers

I would like the outcome to be something like this

I have tired with using DISTICT in my query and could get the result that I have above.
