I have a table CustomerT, and a Query FullnameQ. I have a form that I use to make anew customer Called CustomerF whose control Source is CustomerT. The Query is based on CustomerT and StateT. it has two concatenated Fields CSZ(city, stateAbb, zip and Country and FN which combines the first name middle name and last name. The problem I am having is when I add a new customer if for some reason the state is blank it gets saved to my table but the query will not pick it up. As you can see from the screen shots that the last entry in my table (Joe Jones) does not show in my query. As long as I have a State it will show up in the query. What is causing this?
