Hi Richard,
I have a table with my students' name and other detail. I want to include students' examination detail. I want to create such questions which have 3 or 4 options in which one of them right.,  I mean if student click or tick the correct option, he will be given points. I don't know how to create ticks, optional lists with correct and wrong options. Will you or other friends in forum be able to help me?
(please explain the things  with more detail because I dont know much)

Well, you would need a question table, and then an answer table. They would be linked with a question ID. You'd also need a checkbox to determine which questions are correct. I cover setting up a testing/quiz system in my ASP Seminar where I build an online test taking system. It's not terribly difficult, but it will require you to have a solid knowledge of how relationships work, as you'll need several related tables. You'll also need to know how to dynamically add records to a table if you want to track their results. This will involve either recordsets, append queries, or SQL insert statements.
