Do you mean the AddItem method?

EXAMPLES

Single Column
   ComboBoxName.AddItem (MyValue)

Two Columns
   ComboBoxName.AddItem (MyValue1 & ";" & MyValue2)

Or if it's based on a table you can just use currentdb.execute to insert values.
