What does "it does not work" mean?

In my orderdetail table
Orderdetailid:autonumber
Qty;number
Productid:number
Newprice:currency
Orderid:number

In afterupdate event
   Me.newprice=me.productid.column(2)
And if I click any productid in the orderdetailsubform the newprice displayed
I use productid from product table in the orderdetail table

But if I change product table with query of specific price for certain customer (as the CUSTOMERPRICINGQ in the customer pricing VIDEO) I get the newprice ...error

Is there a way to CREATE newprice with SPECIFIC PRICE FOR CERTAIN CUSTOMER

I want to automate the newprice being a specific price for certain customers to change as the product price going up
