Pop Up Button on a Form

I have a table to track absenses.  I need a button to appear when an employee is absent more than 4 times in the last 30 days.  I know how to do a query to show how many records for each employee - but I don't know how to have a button pop up on a form.  Can anyone tell me how to do this or the code I need - or which tutorial I need to watch to show me?

Reply from Richard Rost:

This will require some VB code, yes. First, you need to use the DCOUNT function to count the number of instances of absence. You'll likely put that code in the OnCurrent event for your form. Once you have that count, it's just a matter of setting the VISIBLE property of your button to TRUE.
