MS Access Matrix Form
Jtwin

We are trying to create a matrix or grid(would resemble a crosstab query). The top row shows a list of names.  The first column has the same list of names.  Each Y/N field represents a  relationship i.e 2nd (blank) row indicates  does Bob know Sally, Does Bob know Joe, Does Bob know Jerry... 3rd row does Sally know Joe,Does Sally know Jerry, etc.  We need to recreate this grid for each node or main person of interest so the actual names or number names of  won't always stay the same.

Reply from Richard Rost:

This would be pretty difficult, but not impossible. We're talking about DYNAMIC form creation here, where the VBA code actually designs and displays the form on the fly. I've done it before with surveys. It will require a significant amount of programming... just so you know.

Unless you were willing to change the way the data is entered. If you would be happy with two LIST boxes where you click one from box1 and then one or more from box2, then click a button to make the relationships, then that could be done more easily.
