The assumption is that your query is based on the table. If this assumption is correct, then any changes you do to the table will automatically be reflected in the query as it is based on that table.  
If your set up is anything different than this, then please explain

Refresh the Form BEFORE opening the Report.

    Me.Refresh
    DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acViewPreview

If you are using an Embedded Macro in your Button you will need to add the Refresh command to the Macro and move it above the OpenReport command.

The command RefreshRecord also works.
