Heres a thought... I was thinking of a logic field where I select it and click on a command button to print a particular form letter using Report as the letter.  What I'd like to know how to do is once the letter is printed and the logic field logged that I sent this particular letter, It automatically logs in a contact table log that says "Sales Letter Sent" or "Welcome Letter Sent" etc.... so the operator doesn't have to type it in the contact form, it's done automatically.  Is there a way to do that?
