Hi Richard. I am an estate agent. I have a database to record sales which has a table to list the individual properties, and another table to record the individual sales for that property. Sometimes we sell the same property more than once, so there are two plus records in the sales table, and just the one in the property table. I am trying to write a query that highlights when a property has more than one sale against it. I have tried a Dsum lookup, duplicate query and VBA but I'm stuck. Can you help please?
