For some reason I am receiving the error message "Muilti-valued fields not allowed in SELECT INTO statements." when running the MakeCustomerBackUpQ. Vicki Hudson also received this error and I don't think she received a helpful response to this problem. I downloaded the DB just to check the customer table with the one I have and both are the same.
Okay, well, that helps us narrow it down. What I would recommend doing is starting with a copy of my database and then retracing your steps one at a time. Add back in the changes that you made to the database for your purposes, and then that should indicate or at least help you figure out where the problem was introduced. Any complex data type could cause that error message.
