What doesn't show? The download of the runtime program.
Depending on the browser you use depends where it downloads too.
IE will usually go to your "Downloads" folder. "Ctrl+J" will show your downloads in IE9 or click on the cog/settings icon, top right, and select View Downloads. Check if it is in the list.

Are you creating the database in your full version of Access,  using the Save & Publish option in the File Menu then Save Database As.
