I want to say what an exceptional site this is! Not only for its technical content but for the community it provides. Technically, Richard is by far the best at online teaching and it really is not even close! You provide solutions that apply to both novice and experienced students. Even the complicated stuff you make it feel achievable to a guy who has ZERO computer programming education or experience. I can’t believe how much I have learned. I would have never been able to create the database I made without this site. The cool thing, I was able to create some cool stuff that has made a huge difference in my success at my job. Having information readily available is a game changer for me! And since my database is only for me, I can experiment and play with new things all the time without fear of messing it up! But I do make constant backups(the cheesy backup slide does work Richard).  

As far as this community, the people here are wonderful.  You all have created a safe space for individuals who just want to learn and build the best product they can, either for themselves or their clients.  Not once have I asked a question and been treated with smugness or arrogance. Everyone has been very accepting and willing to share their vast knowledge(you guys amaze me at what you can create).  

I could go on for much longer but I will stop! Richard, please know what you created and are doing is much more than learning Access! You have built a community, a safe place for learning, that allows all of us to become better!  And I for one am very grateful that I found this site!!
