New Access Seminar: Web Data By Richard Rost My brand new Access Web Data Sync Seminar is FINISHED. Q: What are the software requirements for this seminar? A: I use Access 2007, but the lessons are valid for 2000 and 2003 as well. I'll show you the differences (minor). I use Expression Web 1.0 for my Web editor, but FrontPage 2000 and 2003 work just fine too. Other web editors will work, but I recommend Expression or FrontPage. The Web SERVER needs to have ASP and FrontPage Server Extensions, which most Microsoft servers have running. As far as the END USER, their Web Browser doesn't matter. Everything that goes on on the Web site happens on the server (ASP code, etc.) I have tested this on a machine running Internet Explorer 5.0 and 7.0, as well as FireFox 3.0. Does that answer your question?
