I absolutely love the tech help series that you create, and I always watch them all.
I too would be interested in a seminar.  Some of my ideas would include:

- Courses that ALL staff need to complete, are automatically added after adding new employee
-  Recurring Courses (First Aid - Expires 3 Years) - After staff complete the first aid course, first aid is automatically added to their course list with the deadline date being due in 3 years
- Checks Added - If an employee or course is inactive, they won't show up in reports or combo boxes
- Include Supervisor in the Reports so a training team would know who to email and advise that certain staff are not completing their courses
- Love the Recommendation - Bulk updates (multiple staff finish a course)
- Love the Recommendation - Enforcing Pre-requisites
- Emails - Ability to email staff all of the courses they haven't completed yet
- Add Course Type - Online Platform 1, 2, In Person Training, Teams Meeting, etc
