Wondering if there has ever been discussion in any of the tech help videos of the pro\cons of using a datasheet view vs using a continuous form in subforms. I have a form for 'Team Rosters' and the roster size is fixed at 18. It seems that using a continuous form in this case would give me more customization options.

Yes, there have been. the short version is that datasheet view is Evel.
