Thanks Kevin. I've done this before with queries, but Richard mentioned in the video that it could be done using a correction table if it was something that had to updated more than once. I was curious how that works.  

Can an correction table be used in Word?  Right now I have to keep updating my VBA in Word for each word I want to replace throught the document. Here's an example.
