Microsoft Outlook Object Library

Hello, I'm using the latest version of Microsoft 365. For some reason the 'Microsoft Outlook Object Library', is not included in Microsoft Access, therefore I am unable to use the SendObject Command to send emails in Access. Microsoft 365 uses a desktop version of Outlook which, I have and am using. Does anyone know where I can get the 'Microsoft Outlook Library'? Or do I have to have the enterprise version of outlook installed for this to work?

I have Microsoft Office 365 with the latest updates and the library is definitely there.

Thank you. I also have the most up to date version of office 365. Searched my entire hard drive for the MSOUTL.OLB, and nothing was found. Not sure, if it has anything to do with the version of Outlook that I have or not.
