I'm hoping you can point me to the right developer course that shows how to add a sequential number (starting at 1) on an order form where each line item starts at 1 and increments as you add line items. I want the number saved in a table like you have in the above video but I want the numbers generated as you add new line items and renumbered if a line item is deleted. I've watched the Automatic Record Numbering video and DCount works great but how do you get that number saved to a table if it is not bound to a field?  Would Access Developer 22 teach me how this could be done?
