After doing the copy and paste of the notes box, there is only 1 appointment that shows "Notes" in the yellow box. Is there a way to correct that so that it shows in all the appointments?

Even in the video it is doing this.

I believe Richard only entered text into the Notes field of one record, so the others are blank. If you go to the Customer form (or Appointments if that's the form you're referring to) and enter notes into other customers/appointments, text should show up.

So "Notes" at the top isn't supposed to show up? Ahh ha, I got it. Create a Label that says "Notes" then they all have it. Thank you for making me look at this a different way.
