First of all, thank you very much for this great tutorial!

I changed the Icon and the Splashscreen and I hid the toolbar "Ribbon" with putting DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Ribbon", acToolbarNo on the Form_Load event of my Startup Form.
This all works fine.

I realized though, that when starting Access, the original Access Icon on the top left corner still shows for about 1-2 seconds, the Ribbon Toolbar also. When the Startup Form is open, then the Toolbar disappears and the Icon changes to my own Icon.

Is there a way to fix that too? Or is that just not possible?
Every help is much appreciated!
