Hello, You didn't explain why the ContactNotes first record (Video time 5:35) had the <div> surrounded the notes. Please explain why that happens, and how to get rid of it. Thank you.

I assume this is Video 5 Last Customer Contact in Expert 11. Great now I'm curious. It's contactID 55 in the ContactT CustomerID I believe is 1 from the CustomerT
Does it something to do with how Dlookup is used?
Only the first record is wrapped in the Div Tag <div> </div> It only shows up when the query is run, when viewed in the form it's fine.
