We SQL Web Database that stores customer data in a single content table. I can secure the database to allow users of Edit,Add, or Delete records based on Group Membership, but all users have read access to all records for a given table. I'd like place users in section groups and to allow them to only access their section data in the content table. I do have some content tables that all users need read access to. Is there a way to do this either by SQL security or adding a column to the content table that needs the limits and then matching the fields. The other option that I am looking at is a different content table for each section. Any suggestions?
