Immediate Refresh Issue

I was just watching your Immediate Refresh Tech Help video.  Using your example, suppose the Qty field in the OrderSubform is populated from another form ("OtherForm"), say
Forms!Orders!OrdersSubform.Form!Qty = OtherForm.Qty.  At this point my OrdersSubform.Qty shows the value from OtherForm.Qty but it's not updated so Me.Refresh doesn't happen.
How can I trigger a Refresh in this situation.  Is there some other Event other than AfterUdate that would make this happen.  Thanks.

Refresh the Subform after the line of code that sets the Quantity. `Forms!Orders!OrdersSubform.Form!Qty = Qty Forms!Orders!OrdersSubform.Form.Refresh`

Kevin: FYI. Surprisingly, when I tried the suggested solution, it did not work. Seems like it should. Makes sense. But no. I worked out another solution that does work. I added a line of code to the foreign form that sets the value in the Qty field and then moves the focus off that field to another control on the form. Works to effectively update the the Qty field and recalculate the form. Anyway, thanks again.
