2 or More Tables in the Same Screen

In Beginner 2 (04 & 05), you are able to work with 2 or more tables in the same screen. Mine goes to full screen with no - "box symbol" or x in the bar that shows the name of the table, so I am unable to resize it.
How do I do this?

Katie, make sure that your overlapping windows are not maximized.

There is no way to minimize them, There is only an "X" in the bar above them but no "square" or "-" sign.

I worked out the problem - sorry.... I was just closing the window and not the program after making suggested changes. I was just putting the computer to sleep at night and leaving the program running. When I saved changes and closed and reopened the entire program - "tadaaa" Working now.
