On Form Open Rcv False Enter Parameter Values

When a particular form (Voters) is opened, 5 parameter values are requested. The form actually opens after responding to the 4th parameter request.
The parameters are not related to the form I'm trying to open but to a totally different form (ProspectingQryPrms).
The parameters Access is asking for when trying to open Voters, were once part of the vba for ProspectingQryPrms. The ProspectingQryPrms and its related vba became more complex. While testing ProspectingQryPrms, I believe I killed Access without closing the debug window on an error.
I don't know if this is my underlying problem but I have seen posts online saying the same thing.
I have inspected the Voters and ProspectingQryPrms forms, form controls, vba, and recompiled.
I decompiled a little while ago, then compiled the vba for the whole project, restarted my machine, etc. I have spent a couple days researching this and am unable to fix it.
If anyone has some insight that would very helpful. Thanks.

Have you checked all your combo boxes/list boxes etc to see if their row source is referring to any of those fields? Have you checked all your queries to see if they are trying to refer to any of those fields? (You may need to open the query in SQL view to see it)

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I did check all controls, combo/list boxes, event procedures. I have also compared all the code to the database from which I created the database with the problem. I did that since the originating database does not have the problem.
I'll do all the checking again.
I'm thinking of taking the plunge and replacing the vba of the db with the problem with the vba of the correctly functioning db. What's your opinion on doing that?
