Access on MySQL

Hello, I have a database that I'd like my employees to access from MDTs (Laptops) in the field. I'm guessing I need to run it on a MySQL server. I already have the database split. I also ran compact and repair on the database and saved it as an ACCDE file.

How would I get it to run so that my employees can access it in the field?
I know Access is probably not the best option for this. Is this even possible?

Could i use a Cloud Server with some of these options? What MySQL should I use?

You could use Access Database Cloud if you don't want to deal with porting your back-end to a server. As I said in the video on that page, I don't use MySQL. I use SQL Server. You can get it for around $5/month thru a provider like WinHost. Definitely worth it. WinHost does have MySQL too, but like I said, I've never used it myself.

And I can still use the forms and records that are setup in access?
