Mr. Richard, I have only one question: Is it possible to share my database with a team, but I only have a Microsoft Business Standard account, and my team has a Microsoft family account? In other words, their subscription does not include SharePoint, so they can not access the SharePoint website. What I want to do is to upload my tables to SharePoint via my Microsoft 365 business account and distribute a copy of the front-end to the team, and connect the front-end to the SharePoint site tables I uploaded. However, the team does not have access to SharePoint, so they can only enter and edit data from their front-end.

Is this Possible?

Halkawt in my personal opinion, SharePoint is nothing but trouble. If you have the ability to change your backend to SQL Server, you will solve this and many other problems. I have already migrated two customers away from SharePoint because of all the problems they were having to an SQL server hosted in the cloud.

Sami Mr Sami, thank you so much for your feedback. Based on your feedback and experience, I guess moving to SQL is a must for me. For this process, I am gonna need Mr. Richard's help, because I don't have enough information about SQL. If you have any suggestions or know anyone who might help me move to SQL, pls share His/Her contact with me. Thank you
