Cascading Combo Boxes

I watched the video on cascading combo boxes for cities and states.
The question I have is, in the criteria section, you name a form to use that cascading combo box,I have several different forms that would use this same cascading combo box to show cities and states, is there a way to have this query on every form?

On all the forms you're creating, if you name the fields the same, you can copy and paste your combo boxes from a form where they're working to any other form and they'll work in their new home.

So if I set it up correctly on one form and copy the combo boxes to other forms, it will work without changing any criteria?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. When I follow the video and click run to run the query, I get a box that says Enter parameter value?
Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

So I got it to work, but it was an error on my part(Obviously).
Now, all the pre-selected cities populate correctly, but is there a way to type in a different city that is not on the list? If so, will it save to the database, or would I have to edit the database to save it?

No, you don't have to do that. There's a feature in Access:
Allow Vale list edit. Richard covers it in beginner 8.

Can I run multiple queries for this on the same form? Say one is for the city and state, and the other is for the employee's name and ID number, both on the same form?  If so, how?
