I know that "there is more than one way to skin a cat" but... @14:49 using SalesRepCombo.setfocus would be just as valid as the DoCmd.GoToControl "SalesRepCombo", yes?
In this case, it should work fine. Most of the time, they're interchangeable, but there are some differences. I actually have a video coming out on the differences between them soon.
