I'm up to 5:20 on the blank database template link. It will let me cut the labels but won't let me paste into the Form header. What should I do to correct this please?

This is a known issue and Richard has mentioned it in several of his recent Tech Help videos.
Try doing them one at a time. This often works (but not always).

Worked - Thank you... Next Question: In the "Main Menu" form design view, Main Menu is displayed. In Form View, it displays as #Name? - Why is this? Thanks for your help.

No - actually, doing them one at a time stopped working again - It won't let me paste into the header when I tried it again - starting again from the beginning of the video.
