Yeah, you guys can add all that stuff to the main list screens if you want. All I personally care about is calories and protein. If I had a bigger recording area, I might have put more stuff on there, but I wanted to keep it small for the videos, so I figured I'm just going to put up there what I do, and you guys can add whatever else you want.

Sodium is a good one to keep track of if you've got high blood pressure, especially. I had high blood pressure a few years ago when I was 320+ pounds and not exercising at all, but that was something that fortunately I was able to correct with diet and exercise. I'm back down in a normal range now. So I'm happy about that.
