Bug in Backup Database

I downloaded the Gold Database tonight in the Backup Tech Help and it has a bug in it and locks up Access. The only way to close Access is to use Task Manager to end it. Is there a more recent database for this Tech Lesson? I will be attaching a screenshot of what is happening.

Ken Before using it, you need to open the vba editor for the Main Menu and edit the path information for the database. as your screen shot shows, your computer is looking for the file path(s) for Richard's system. Edit that with your path information and see if that solves the problem.

Do you have to have that status box as well or can I just have it run from the button? I imagine that sounds like a dumb question but I don't really need to see it run and have the timer thing on it because this is only on my personal machine.

If you don't have a Status Box or you don't need to see it just remove the Status code. Same goes for the Timer. Try it Yourself
