Please do not try it in all capital letters. I don't know what the style is in Indonesia, but here in the US, that is considered shouting and rude. I know you did not mean it that way. Liem When you get to the Tech Help Video page: - Right Click the video - Click on Save Video As... I don't know what browser you are using, but you may need to check your browser settings to make sure it allows you to download things. -Raymond
