Having digressed into cute dog pictures, I feel empowered to tell a story, loosely related to Alex Hedley (I do appreciate your frequent contributions by the way).
My best pal at school was Alec Hedley (yes the name is slightly different - poetic licence), he lived across from me as well so we spent a lot of time together UNTIL he met a girl at about 15, obviously fell in love because as far as I know, they are still together, but the effect on me was that I basically never saw him after he met this girl. Anyway the point of this story is that they had a child, lets say they were 16, and although I moved away to London, family etc told me later that his daughter also had a child at about 16 making him a grandfather aged about 32 and I vaguely got reports that this repeated making him a greatgrandfather about 48. I lost contact after that (think I heard he moved to Dubhai).
So the point of this story is that I'm 82 now, and he is as well, so that IF (and I've no evidence that it did), the pattern of having children at 16 continued, at 80 he could have become a great great great grandparent.

Wouldn't it be great if coincidence made him an Access student as well and he saw this? (apologies to Alex H for using your name).
