I know we are still early in the beginner stuff, and what I am about to suggest is a bit more advanced.
It is possible to delete a Textbox without deleting the Label. Click on the TextBox and open it's Properties, on the "Other" Tab you will see "Label Name". Delete the contents of that property and it dis-associates the Label From the Textbox.
It also works the other way too. If you have a spare Label on the form. and a Textbox without a Label, just enter the name of that Label into the "Label Name" property of the Textbox. The two of them are now associated and will follow each other when moved.
But that's maybe doing things the hard way? It will be just as easy to drag down a new Textbox complete with Label; or just drag down a Label on it's own.

You can cut the label, select the label > cut it (Ctrl+X) > paste it back (Ctrl+V), then you can delete the text box and the label will stay. Just a tip, if you ever want to reattach the label, cut it > select the text box > then paste it.
