Using This for a Very Old Project

Hi Richard,
I originally started on Access about 20 years ago (very badly and understanding nothing) because I couldn't find my books any more.
I made a kind of database with Access 2002 but not satisfied.
This last two months I took it out and "refurbished" it using all the stuff I'm learning from your courses and Techhelp videos.
This one is PERFECT for all the books I've loaned to people (which never come back of course).
I practically copied the code as is. Works brilliantly!
AND I now understand what I'm doing so I can (sometimes) find what's wrong.
All this thanks to all your videos and courses of all kinds. THANK YOU!

Hi Sarah

That made my day. I love hearing stories like this - someone dusting off an old Access project and breathing new life into it with what they've learned from my courses. Sounds like you really nailed it. I especially like that you not only got it working but now actually understand what's going on under the hood. That's the best feeling.

Thanks so much for sharing your success story - and for sticking with Access all these years. It's still a great tool when you know how to use it.
